  • This error could come for mutiple reasons but main reason would be the authetication (username/domain) you are passing does not exist as user in CRM, so firsly check if user with this domain name and login exists in CRM..

  • did your crm install on port 80? generally port 80 is default port means that you do not need to specify this port when accessing CRM , try using just http://MY-HQ-INF-39.iperintis.com and see if this works..

to check your relevant organization URL, log in to your application (or CRM) server, open deployment manager

then click on organizations (left hand side menu) and then select your organization and click on browse (in right hand side menu), this will open your CRM in IE, use this URL only to access CRM and see if this works..

  • does your user record present in CRM? are you able to connect to CRM server? check you got proper security role assigned to your user record for the same..

by defualt since CRM uses windows authetication, CRM must have user record with your domain log in. to check this go to settings -> adminstration -> users and verfiy these details..

  • what security role your users got? Please give system admin role and see if this works..

if this one still throws the same error, check event log on application server as explained in article below. this will provide actual error please paste here for further review regarding the same.
