Can we have the name of the marker back?

Question

Can we have the name back of the person who marked a post as the answer to a thread? I think it's useful to know if it's really the op that feels his question is answered, or if it was marked by a moderator, because sometimes moderators are too quick in marking a post as answer.MarcelThursday, April 2, 2009 7:43 AM

For moderators the name will be displayed with the rest of the message history details when the patch goes live (tomorrow if all goes well).
In the april release we'll bring back the message history items to the default view, we just need to get the permissioning worked in to them.

Been asked before (quite a few times - with me claiming the first mention!).I agree with all your points but my main concern is that I want to know who *proposed* an Answer a) to see if it is the person who wrote it (negative) b) a person I can trust (positive)

Couldn't have said it better and sorry for not looking far enough back for similar threads...MarcelThursday, April 2, 2009 10:08 AM

No need to be sorry. It's getting to be too hard to do - there are so many threads out there. (and I've done it myself only today!)
