Using Sync framework to Mirror folder A to B

I tried syncing two folders (a to B - one way only) but it seems that if i delete something from the target, syncing again will not get it back to life. what am i missing (i though that the target knowledge is used with source knowledge to determine the payload to be synced)

Sync Fx will not automatically resend the file you deleted on the destination. as far as Sync Fx is concerned, its metadata reflects that it has already sent and received that file on the destination. so unless the source has been changed, no changes will be enumerated on the source and therefore no changes will need to be sent on the destination.

Is there any way of making the Synx Fx check that all the files actually exist on the client and resending any if they don't ?
