    Question

  • a) Why does the Windows Live category have only one Forum, which is for a product nobody uses (Windows Live writer?) and none for Windows Live Mail, which almost all the questions are actually about?

    b) Why do apostrophes show up as HTML encoded (&#xy;) when viewing the list of question titles for a forum category?
