This copy of windows is not genuine

Question
-
Hello, I am having issues activating my copy of windows.
It is not the first time I reinstall windows on this notebook, but this time I keep getting errors.
I also need to send this notebook back for repairs, but I fear they will send it back if they see the notice that this copy isn't genuine... Which by all rights should be.
Anyhow, here is the info on the problem:
Thanks in advance!Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0):

You will have to activate by phone - and make sure that the Product Key matches the one on your COA Sticker on the machine. The version you are activating must also match the one listed on the COA sticker.

The copy I am having issues with is the copy of windows I originally purchased with the notebook, meaning it was already installed when it arrived.
However, due to the constant issues I've had due to malfunctioning hardware, I was forced to repair windows multiple times.
What exactly does COA mean? Is the sticker the one you usually find attached to the back of the notebook?

COA = Certificate of Authenticity sticker. It may be in the battery case behind the battery.Monday, July 15, 2013 9:10 PM
