MS offers MSN, Messenger, Ads, newsletters, ... in a language I do not understand, why? RRS feed

    Why do I receive Live products such as Hotmail, MSN, Messenger, etc., Windows newsletters, Ads, ... in a language I never ever use. My OS is in English, all other software is in English, wherever I can choose the language I tick off English, but I live in a francophone part of Europe, why does Microsoft present me with their stuff in Dutch?

    Thank you Kun Li, this option already 'ticked off' quite some time ago, but did not notice any change. Could a possible reason be my ISP, linking my IP address to a particular language?

    Sounds reasonable.

    However, i don't think Window Live provides services like IP detective subsciptions or something like that.

    The reason could be various, i'm not sure what had happened.
