My PC still has issues with validation. I followed the video on validating, rebooted, logged in & my PC still told me that I had a validation issue. I checked the computer properties & the MGADT and they both tell me that it is activated. Help please?

Hello Cpt Lost,
Try changing the Product Key to the one listed on the sticker located on the side, bottom or (for some laptops) in the battery compartment of the PC.
To change the Product Key, Click the Start button, right-click Computer and select Properties. Scroll to the bottom of the window that opened, click the Change Product Key button and follow the instructions.
Once done you will need to re-activate. Since you are using the Product key from the sticker, you will likely need to activate using the By Phone method. To do that, Click the Start button, type: slui 4 and press the enter key. This will launch the Activate by Phone wizard. Just follow the direction. The call will first be answered by a Phone Prompt. Either select the option to talk to a Live Rep or if there is no option, do not enter anything into the Prompt. This should force the Phone Prompt to transfer you to a Live Rep.
Hope that helps,
