Hello Jenny B,
Right now, your eMachines computer has a Volume Licensing edition of XP Pro installed (Line 10), and that installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key (VLK) (Line 2). VLKs are blocked by Microsoft at the request of the original keyholder for such reasons as the key was lost, stolen, compromised, misused, or expired. Also, MS may have blocked the key if it notices a pattern of misuse, ie, more installations of XP using that key than authorized.
If you search the forum for the part of the VLK reported by the mgadiag utility, WRKJB-YKRFQ-XVK98, you will see that many other posters have submitted reports with that same blocked VLK.
As a rule, VL editions of XP should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and gov'ts normally use VL editions for flexibility in installing many computers.
This is why you were seeing the "software counterfeiting" messages on your computer, because the current installation of XP is an unauthorized installation.
Some more bad news: The installation of Office XP Pro with Front Page on the computer is Nongenuine (Office Status: 114 means Nongenuine) because it, too, is a Volume Licensing product installed with a now-blocked pirated Voluem Licensing Key.

Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2
If this comes as a surprise to you, please return to the place of purchase and demand that you be given the genuine software you paid for, or a refund. In any case, please remove the nongenuine installation of Office from your computer.Luckily, the solution to your XP problem is simple but laborious. Use the recovery solution supplied by eMachines to replace the nongenuine installation of XP Pro with the genuine original installation of (most likely) XP Home which was on the computer when it was sold new. Be sure to back up and offload your data before you do this because typically the recovery process destroys all data on the hard disk.
Typically the Recovery Solution will be a hidden recovery partition that contains the data needed to recover the computer's installaion of Windows, or will be a recovery disc that came with the computer, or maybe both. If you do not have the recovery partition or Recovery CD supplied by eMachines, you can order Recovery CDs for many eMachines models directly from eMachines for about $25 USD. If they cannot help you, try http://www.restoredisks.com

Thank you very much for the advice you have given
I was wondering if the product key of the already existing windows would be changed would this solve the error in some kind of way?
Also is this problem ofthe fault of windows the company itself?
As i clearly do not wish to pay £100 for the new software
thank you very much though for all your help, it has made the problem much clearer tomeWednesday, July 29, 2009 11:04 PM -
Hello Jenny B,
"I was wondering if the product key of the already existing windows would be changed would this solve the error in some kind of way?"
If the CoA on the computer is for XP Pro then you could try the Product Key Updater utility, but probably not because I am not aware that eMachines sold any of their computers with XP Pro preinstalled.
"Also is this problem ofthe fault of windows the company itself?"
The fault was with whomever replaced the original installation of XP (most likely XP Home) with the current pirated installation of XP Pro.
"As i clearly do not wish to pay £100 for the new software "
The computer is still licensed to run the version and edition of Windows on the CoA affixed to the computer. The task to be done is to get the media that will correctly install that version adn edition of Windows. In the USA, eMachines charges about $25 to send out a Recovery Media kit, which would do the job. You should contact eMachines's offices in your country/region to see what the costs would be.
