WHS Media Collector Not Functioning-Disabled

  Hi everyone. I am new to the forums and I am new to WHS. I had it up and running well but the media collector just stopped working it won't add any content and it shows as disabled. Ive tried everything I know to no avail.I am running Windows 7 64 bit with an Ex495 server. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
