Web client blocked from deployment RRS feed

  • Experiencing strange behavior on a client machine (Win8.1/IE11). Compatibility view settings set to allow the site. Popup blocker turned off.  The user cannot access their deployment from their machine.  The ADFS logon comes up normally, then we get the generic error message to contact your system administrator.  I logged into his account from my machine with no problem, so the user name, password and role are all set properly.  I tried logging in as another user from his machine to his deployment with no luck. 

    I tried logging into another deployment (one of our other customers) from the user machine and was successful. 

    What would block the user from their own deployment but allow access from the machine to other deployments?
