Release dates for study materials for 70-483 Programming in C#

Question
-
Can you tell me when study material is expected to be released for the new test 70-483 Programming in C#.
I'd like to get a head start in studying.
My primary question is when will the Microsoft Press book be published, but I'd be interested in any other prep material that's available now and not listed here:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Exam.aspx?ID=70-483&Locale=en-us#tab3
Thanks!

To answer my own question...
The official Microsoft 70-483 certification book is now listed on Amazon for preorder.
After adding the book to my cart, it showed an estimated delivery date of Apr.25, 2013 - Apr. 29, 2013

I've not seen any release date for the Press book.
What I usually do if there's no official book for an exam is use the Skills Measured to research content on MSDN.

Hi RhinoMonkey,
Since exam 70-483 is still in development, and won’t be released before October, it’s unlikely that you’ll find any formal texts for this exam any time soon. In fact, when I checked the Microsoft Press website for upcoming releases, although their book release dates stretch into early 2013, there is no mention of a 70-483 text.
Therefore, as Mr. Wharty suggested, you could use the “Skills Measured” section on the exam 70-483 page to evaluate resources you might find on MSDN or elsewhere, including other C# texts not specifically published for the 70-483 exam.
As far as I know, Exam 70-483 covers C# 5.0 and the .NET 4.5 Framework, and today on Amazon I came across a new release from my favorite C# publisher, Apress, that might interest you. It’s called Pro C# 5.0 and the .NET 4.5 Framework, by Andrew Troelsen, and was published three weeks ago.
The previous edition of this book, Pro C# 2010 and the .NET 4 Platform, is very highly rated on Amazon (4.5/5.0 stars), so you might use that as a guide to the current edition.
I haven’t reviewed the book in detail, but I skimmed it, scanned the table of contents, and did a cursory comparison with the “Skills Measured” section for exam 70-483, as well as Microsoft’s Course 20483A (Programming in C#), and the book compares favorably.
I’m still using C# 4.0 and .NET 4, so this book doesn’t interest me personally, but you might want to check it out. I hope you find it useful.
