Unexpected Error while trying to view records within crm 2013 (on premise) RRS feed

  • Hello Experts,

    Below is the screen shot of error i am getting when i try to open records of an entitiy. I'm getting this error across all the entities such , accounts , contacts, opportunity, lead etc. The error reads "Unexpected error"

    What might be the reason for this error.

    And also i am getting genric error in dashboard and the posts section showing error as "An error occured , please try after sometime or contact your system administrator. "

    How to resolve and why am i getting these error. Please help me out.

  • Do you have updated rollup installed for ms crm 2013 ?? if not do that and then check.

    first of all thank you for your reply and sorry for my very late reply. I have update the rollup 1 for ms crm 2013 but still getting the same error. When i restart the app pool , the crm will be working fine.

    does having multiple organization is a reason for this error. Below are the two trace files before and after restarting the app pool.

  • Did you modify any OOB files in CRM? It reports about missing files and deleted services. Did you try to restart your CRM server? You may want to repair your CRM install to have all files and services copied back.

    No i have not modified any OOB files in CRM and Yes , i had restarted the CRM server.

    I will repair CRM installation and check once.

    Hi, reinstalling CRM did solve this issue?
