  • Off the shelf CRM comes with built in functionality for Sales, Marketing and Customer Services. On the other hand we have different businesses with unique business processes and requirements.   • What kind of advice are you looking for?  There is a great deal of functionality in place for Dynamics CRM that can be answered without any technical jargon.
