    Off the shelf CRM comes with built in functionality for Sales, Marketing and Customer Services. On the other hand we have different businesses with unique business processes and requirements.     What kind of advice are you looking for?  There is a great deal of functionality in place for Dynamics CRM that can be answered without any technical jargon.
