Microsoft Moderators move posts marked as abusive without removing the abusive mark first as they should

Why only Moderators can see the 'Abusive' mark for a thread?

There isn't a way to request moving your own post (or informing a moderator) other than reporting abuse - what if it is just miscategorized?
