WHS primary drive disaster prevention

Want to change Primary drive, data will not move off primary drive for me to be able to change and reinstall.

Cant Copy Large Files: Shared folders report 13gb free when I have over 1TB of free space!

Having trouble restoring a computer after hard drive upgrade.
