The Configuration method is currently not supported by RelationalSyncProvider.

Sync 2.0 RTM RelationalSyncProvider does not have the required command 'SelectScopeInfoCommand' specified

The 'RetrieveMultiple' method does not support entities of type 'campaignactivityitem'
