WHS Change size of C partition
Note: for your old system drive, you should use partition management software (such as diskpart) to completely clean the drive off before attaching it to your server.Answered | 3 Replies | 6526 Views | Created by Wrhector - Sunday, January 24, 2010 1:00 PM | Last reply by Ken Warren - Sunday, January 24, 2010 4:35 PM -

WHS doesn't recognise partitions
OEM servers have (are required to have) drive lights which identify the drive just removed from the pool, but a "system builder" (i.e. home-built) server won't.Answered | 4 Replies | 3028 Views | Created by ancientmariner - Sunday, October 18, 2009 8:18 AM | Last reply by ancientmariner - Monday, October 19, 2009 11:14 PM -

Partition a drive in a WHS machine?
Lowering the volume later would also not be a good idea, since WHS is not aware of such changes and may lose data or drop the disk from storage pool as missing.Answered | 1 Replies | 2955 Views | Created by MikeB75077 - Monday, January 25, 2010 7:04 PM | Last reply by Olaf Engelke - Monday, January 25, 2010 7:24 PM -
