OCS Monitoring Database


  • Hi

    I am trying to get some reports out of the OCS databases. I am doing ok but am stuck on a few points.

    How does the database track a call that is not answered?

    is there any records of the emails sent by OCS when a call is made?


    any help would be greatly apprecuiated
