Error al ejecutarse un Workflow RRS feed

    Hola, estuve haciendo un workflow que me generara un Caso, lo raro de esto, que el workflow me estsa duplicando el mismo workflow y por consecuencia, me pone bastastes registros duplicados, alguien me puede ayudar a resolverlo?

    Al momento de querer borrar un flujo de trabajo aparece el siguiente error:
