Conectar social listening en Dynamics online RRS feed

  • Trato de configurar Social Listening en CRM Online y me aparece "Seleccione la solución Microsoft Social Listening para conectar con" y dentro del recuadro "ninguno" y no puedo seguir; ¿que tengo que hacer para poder empezar a usar esta opción; en la barra de navegación no aparece la opción y el único sitio por donde veo que puedo empezar en configuración -> administración -> Configuración Microsoft Social Listening

  • Gracias Demian, sí lo tengo registrado en Office 365; le he puesto un ticket a Microsoft con el tema y nos han contestado lo siguiente (por si a alguien le puede ser útil); de nuevo Muchas gracias por tu ayuda.

    En respuesta a su pergunta, yo os envio la siguiente información interna:

    • After the 23<sup>rd</sup> of JUNE, you will receive an email that invites to the service of the next couple of months. 

    • Microsoft Social Listening is also available standalone (Without CRM)

    • There is a process of inviting customers that are eligible to get the MSL, so customers should wait for the invite (if they have more than 10 professional licenses) or purchase the product separately

    • With the SP1 release, we released the ability of CRM to have this feature which is why you see it there at the moment.  But until you receive your mail with the backfill link, you will not be able to add your MSL licenses to your CRM Org.

    All customers would have received the following email who were eligible for this:

    Microsoft Social   Listening is coming soon!
