i want to create an IVR loop in OCS. For example when incoming calls land to my numner, welcome greeting responce the caller and transfer the call to agent or help desk. if the help desk is busy another greeting starts like "thank you for your calling
all agents is busy, we will connected you shortly" if agents become free call connected to the available agent.
