I had that link in my support notes, but I've subsequently seen that link (as well as a few others, all of which result in a 404 error) in various Windows 7 support forums and Google searches.
The issue came up in the Windows 7 section of Microsoft Community. Even though Windows 7 support stopped this past January, there still are quite a few Windows 7 installations active.
In fact, checking in this forum, I see a post from Noel P. on July 29, 2020, that used the same link I had used. https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/976b6383-55e6-4fed-8475-941667d39d43/windows-7-says-this-copy-is-not-genuine?forum=genuinewindows7
I can only conclude that this is another Windows 7 resource that has been retired.

Is this related to Windows Vista? Originally written by our moderator, Noel Paton:
Windows XP hasn't been supported for more than 5 years.
SP2 (for example) hasn't been supported since about 2009.

Apparently, that resource has now been retired by Microsoft. It is best to begin using the latest genuine (and secure) Windows operating system, which is Windows 10.
