I am currently dealing with a user that cannot access her email because her account has been used as part of a mailing scam.To activate the account it wants to send a verification code to another email account but this is not working either. i have tried
to contact support which asks question abut the account the billing address and xbox live details. we fill all fields out execpt xbox live details as the user does not have an account this also fails. I have tried resetting the account but the user does not
know her secret question. plese can you advise what the next course of action can be?
