    I have a genuine Cd-key of Windows Vista Ultimate OEM, Traditional Chinese
    Can i use it in English version's (not MUI) Vista?

    Hi Edward,

    Every copy of the Windows Vista has a unique product key, so it's not supported to use Traditional Chinese key to activate English version, even through the edition of the Vista is the same.

    This is also applied to WinXP and Win7
