All incoming mail going to Junk Mail

  All my incoming Hotmail messages are going into the Junk Mail folder, with the following comment

  "This message was moved to the Junk Email folder based on an inbox rule."

  Can someone please advise how to change the inbox rule, I've checked and cannot find how.
