Everytime I export something from CRM 2011 but check-off the box so that it can be imported back into CRM, I am prompted with the Save or Open dialogue box. Regardless of what I select, when trying to open the file I get a Message Box error saying "The
converter failed to save the file" and excel doesn't open. When the re-import box isn't selected, the files open fine. I need to remove duplicates from a large amount of contacts so I need to be able to re-import the records. Anybody have a solution?
