Why would Live OneCare block it self?

I have recieved a message from Live OneCare Firewall stating that it blocked a program called Windows Live OneCare User Agent from accessing the internet. File: (GtCC.exe) Why would Live OneCare not recognize its own program? Could it be a program immitating Live OneCare, or is it that OneCare needs to be updated to recognize the program as its own?

That *is* a part of OneCare and there have been some other reports of this happening. I don't know why it does, but I suggest that you contact support unless you are able to allow it in the firewall advanced settings and let it proceed.
