OneCare finds and stops Trojan but fails to remove

  Open One Care and create a support log. To create a support log open One Care>Change settings>Logging>Create support log. When done the support log will open in a web page. Scroll down to antivirus and you should see the name and location of the trojan. Please post back the name and location of the trojan.
