CRM 2011 Online ask me login when I click an hyperlink from my email in Outlook


  • Unfortunately the hyperlink will simply open the record in their browser, so if they are not already logged into CRM in a browser session then they will get prompted.

    Does this happen if the user has already gone into CRM in Internet Explorer and left a session logged in?

  • Hello Adam,

    The customer needs to use this link from Outlook client. My initial reason to include these hyperlink in a workflow was for sending an e-mail based on "regarding to" field because when I changed the sender user settings outgoing configuration from Oulook to EMail Router, the user could not do link in "regarding to" and he had to click on Track in CRM for do that. Do you know if it's possible to do that automatically?
