[PROJECT SERVER 2013] Project Details Description Field is not saved RRS feed

    Hi everyone,

    I have a weird behaviour on a Project Server 2013 platform in one of our client.

    When we want to edit a project details, all fields are saved but the description field is not saved.

    I check ULS and Windows Event Viewer but there is no Error nor Warning.

    After saving (and archiving ou keeping the check out) : 

    Is it a known issue ? I found nothing on Internet.

    Hello,

    It might be worth you testing with a later cumulative update for Project Server 2013 on a test / pre-production farm. Firstly repro the issue on the Test farm then apply a later patch to ensure the issue is resolved but also fully test to ensure everything else works as expected before apply to Production. Also ensure you have a rollback plan in place should you need to roll back to the previous state.

    Also, after installing the patch you must run the SharePoint configuration wizard on each SharePoint server for it to be applied.
