Outlook Freezing RRS feed

  • Hi Everyone, 

    I have been experiencing an issue with Outlook freezing out, this issue have been happened with multiple users around the company, the issue happen from some external emails only when opening the email in Outlook client on the computer the Outlook will freeze out and will have to end task Outlook and reopen it again, however this does not happen when opening the email on OWA or opening the email in Outlook on the phone or using Outlook 2016, I'm using Outlook 2019 Pro Plus, I have tried the resolutions below

    I have opened Outlook in safe mode - issue still persist

    I have disabled all the add-ons manually - Issue still persist

    In the Trust Center I have tried checked all the options in automatic download " See attached screenshot" 

    Rebuilding the profile will not make any different because we have tried to to open the same email on 5 different computer and 5 different users, I have even disconnected the computer from our network and connected the computer to an open network, still the same issue.

    However as I have mentioned above that this will not happen on Outlook 2016, but of course we are now using Outlook 2019 Pro Plus
