    dear concern

    i bought a new netbook asus eee pc.. and tried the office trial but wont work..

    i have followed the instruction from the book, but couldnt get my product key..

    is there any way that i can get my product key?

    When you say you tried the Office trial but it won't work - what exactly do you mean?
    The Key on the bottom of your netbook is for Windows, not Office - if you want to convert the Office Trial into a real permanent install, then you have to buy the necessary software or keypack from a reputable store (NOT from eBay or Amazon Marketplace, or similar flea-markets, where the majority of software sales are counterfeit).
