Hello NEILCOY,
I have checked the Product key being used and it is Valid and Genuine.
I recommend first going to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the Start Diagnostic. The site will confirm everything is setup correctly to inable Validation to occure. The site will also look for connon issues that can effect Validation.
Once the Diagnostic site gives you all green checkmarks click the Validate Windows button.
-If the Validation comes up as Genuine, your issue should be resolved.
-If the Validation comes up as Non-genuine, please record the exact message that is provided on the Non-genuine page and then post it here.
Thank you,
