    I am using exchange 2016, facing newly create users login problem in owa and outlook.
    getting error through owa. old users working properly.

  • You need to check if mailbox is created properly for this user. Is mailbox database mounted?

    In EAC portal recipient select the user and enable OWA option is on right side corner.

    Please let me know the error information when user try to access their mailbox.

    Besides,please verify if any user can access mailbox successfully.
