    For some reason I cannot cancel a job. I go through the process of cancel the job but it will not cancel. is there a way i can manualy remove the job from the database?

    Which version of HPC Pack is the cluster on? Could you try restart HpcScheduler service to see if the job can be canceled then?

    Hi DCSpooner,

    This could be a known issue for HPC Pack 2016 Update 3. Please check the latest QFE for fix.

    HPC Pack 2019 Update 3 QFE KB4537169 (5.3.6450) - 2/14/2020 (Download)

    - Fix a possible job scheduler hang when the scheduler service restarts.
