    我有一项 HDAudio Class Driver Test [System] 没有通过，错误显示是：There are zero active render devices on the system, while there should be at least one。这个怎么解决以下呢。
        如果解决不了，我能否直接将生成的CPK文件导出，能否获得BASIC  LOGO呢，
       恳请各位大侠指点，时间比较急，要做完，才回家过年。。谢谢拉。。。。

    Sir,

     

    You will only see this issue with MSFT UAA driver!  This problem should not be occurred with Realtek Audio driver.

    We found that UAA driver sometimes can’t detect a correct device when you plugging a device into output or input port.

    In this situation, you will not see any devices in UAA control panel’ playback/Recording page.(Just  right click the volume bar) So far we don’t know why UAA driver has such abnormal behavior.

     

    So we suggest you to double confirm these two pages within MSFT UAA control panel, and check your plugged device is set as default device correctly. Hope this information could help you to run DTM test smoothly.

    在测试的过程中，您要将您正在测试的那个Audio Port设置为default device.

    这个跟audio　Ｖender的driver没有关系，因为您是测ＨＤＡudio　Ｃlass　Ｄriver.

    我卸载了MSFT 的driver，可无法去掉小喇叭，小喇 叭 无法去掉去掉回放和录音的选项，依然是有三个。

     我换了 有HDMI的同型号机台，在其他配置都一样时，测试该项时，PASS，有获得了认证。只是现在还是弄不清楚第一次原因出在哪里，是哪里没有配置好呢， 为什么有HDMI就可以
    了。

    从你的描述来看，你是换了硬件了。那么不同的硬件与class driver的兼容性有差别，显然有HDMI的更好。查查看硬件到底有什么差异吧。
