internal servere error message

hello. i'm the owner of the Hebrew forums.
in the last weeks I get from time to time the attached error message. the translation is "internal server error".
I think that something like 10% of the requests gets that error.
when I asked 2 other people from the local community - they said that they get that error too.
can you please check this issue and the logs etc.?
