WHCK client installation failed with system error 1603

  After install server, i try to install the client on win8 client. but it failed with folloiwng error message:

  Install or uninstall of Client failed, please see logfile(s) in \logpath

  System Error 1603: Fatal error during installation.

  Note: i cannot open the logfile, it say: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
