  • 每次登录会多次让我输入密码,在多次输入后弹出错误提示:出现了错误,我们不再能够检索您的帐户信息。请重新输入您的凭据。挂vpn以及更换其他网络环境也无法解决。

    你之前成功登录过VS 2017吗?一般建议设置IE11为默认浏览器,你可以打开IE11直接访问Microsoft account登录页面,测试下这个问题跟你的微软账户有问题吗?

    如果账号能够成功在网页上登录,之前也成功登录过这个VS 2017,你可以尝试点击Start,找到VS 2017文件夹,以管理员身份运行Developer Command Prompt for VS 2017,运行命令行:devenv /resetuserdata来清空历史访问数据。
