WMI Error

Soru
-
Hello All,
When i try to upgrade from Sql Server 2008 R2 SP2 to 2012 SP2 Everything installs fine except for the Reporting Services - Native. During the installation I get an error stating "An Unknown error has occurred in the WMI Provider. Error Code 800B0101."
At the end it reports Complete with Failure and the only Failed feature is Reporting Services - Native. Any ideas or help with this???

Check the install log / event viewer for related messages.
Do you upgrade as administrator?
Did it pass on pre-check? Everything the latest service pack?

Hello,
I have seen 0x80131500 error only when upgrading SSRS with invalid certificates. As you can read on the thread I posted, I was involved on that experience, so I am speaking based on my experience only. If you are not using SSRS with SSL certificates, just discard my suggestions.
