  Hi ，

  你可以尝试如下方法解决：

  按“Win+R”打开“Run”，键入“services.msc”；

  在打开的Services窗口，找到并双击打开Windows Firewall；

  在打开的Windows Firewall Properties中，找到“General”标签页，将Startup type选为“Manual”或者“Automatic”，点击“Apply”. 之后在Services上刷新一下即可。
