microsoft setup disc does not work

  Hello,

  i bought office 2016 and recieved a setup cd and a setup link (30days).

  i set it up with the link easily. after a short while there was an unrelated problem with the computer and it was formated. the computer now works well but there is no office. the link is no longer valid but the cd doesnt load properly. it starts and just remains stuck with no progress. what should i do?
