win10远程桌面提示“服务当前正忙”

windows10在使用vpn远程桌面的时候特别的卡，已经排除网络原因。

当尝试多次以后提示“由于远程桌面服务当前正忙，因此无法完成你尝试执行的任务。请在几分钟之后重试。其他用户应该仍然能够登陆”。

使用其他本机管理员，则一直停留在“欢迎”画面上。

请问这个要如何解？谢谢

通常， Csrss.exe 和其他应用程序锁死会导致这个问题。

首先，建议您到那台 win10 的机器上，本地登录一下查看资源占用情况。

另外，请安装到最新的 windows update 。
