  你好，

  首先建议您检查一下UDP端口有没有打开，可以使用netstat -an命令查看

  如果端口打开，请参考以下方法进行对比，有没有疏漏:

  通过运行命令进行配置的第三方链接：https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/65413-configure-dc-to-synchronize-time-with-external-ntp-server

  通过直接更改注册表：https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/816042/how-to-configure-an-authoritative-time-server-in-windows-server

  如果配置注册表，请务必进行备份以防万一，对注册表不熟悉的话，不推荐此方法。
