  服务器端系统环境是：windows 2003 server, microsoft sql server 2005;
  客户端系统环境：windows xp;
  我安装的microsoft dynamics crm laptop client for outlook是从microsoft网站下载的CRM_V3C_CLIENT.ISO,同时还下载了rollup2和rollup3.我安装了rollup3.
  现在还是不行。还是同样的错误。
  还有什么解决办法呢？

  如果上面的KB没有解决，有可能是Outlook Profile的问题：
  
  1. 移除并卸载CRM Outlook
  2. 新建一个Outlook Profile并设为默认
  3. 重新安装CRM Outlook
  
  
  看看问题有没有解决。
