求推荐微软P2V工具

域环境现有2003,2008,2008R2等server 20余台。现在要做新的域环境的搭建和迁移。

想先在测试环境中先做一下迁移，所以想到P2V，然后挂到2008 R2的hyper-V上做测试。

各位有经验的大侠有什么好的经验和建议。求推荐P2V 工具，如何保证 P2V生成的VHD能在任何一台2008 R2的Hyper-V上正常启动？
