    我安装的操作系统是windows server 2003 R2 (includes service pack 2), 需要安装kb929046补丁，但是在安装这个补丁的时候，又提示"Files from the package are incompatible with files on your system",请问微软以及其他各位专家，此问题该如何解决？谢谢

    package are incompatible 。包不兼容！
    发生该错误，我的建议是：重装"Microsoft Service Packs & Tools" 的SP2，Microsoft Service Packs & Tools可以在网上搜索到！
