windows server2012 r2系统是用 MAK Key激活的。
这里输入的KEY 是Windows server 2012 R2 KMS KEY，输完KEY后，可以下一还是几步后，就出现了上面的现象。
后来我用以下方法，
cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk (Windows server 2012 R2 KMS KEY)
cscript.exe slmgr.vbs /ato
成功激活KMS 主机
cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk (Windows7 KMS KEY)
报错如下
cscript c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /dlv dcb88f6f-b090-405b-850e-dabcccf3693f

Hi,
官方原文是这么说的：
KMS hosts on the network need to install a KMS key, and then be activated with Microsoft.
Installation of a KMS key enables the Key Management Service on the KMS host. After installing the KMS key,
complete the activation of the KMS host by telephone or online. Beyond this initial activation, a KMS host does not communicate any information to Microsoft.

重启服务器，再次开启 Volume Activeion Tolos时，还是原来一样。

我看了您的操作过程，你选的是基于AD的激活，那么您看到这一步了么？

我选的确实是基于 Active Directory 的激活，并选在线激活。
我现在用 cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk 已经激活了。
既然您已经激活了KMS host，那么在激活KMS clients报错，请您帮我看一下KMS 的日志，在如下位置看看是否有一些记录信息：
其次：0xC004F050这个错误代码显示您给这台client--win7 激活的密钥无效，您可以尝试换个其他的密钥激活.
