  如果问题发生之前有过更改操作，例如安装新的程序/驱动，硬件更改等，建议撤销相关的更改操作，确认情况如何。
  
  打开运行，使用“sfc /scannow”和“chkdsk /r /f”检测/修复系统文件/磁盘。
  
  此外，建议通过Windows Update检查并且安装系统的可用更新/补丁。例如KB 2521220：

  如果蓝屏问题频繁发生，建议以安全模式重启系统，不要手动启动任何其他程序/进程，等待一段时间，如果问题不再发生，可以以干净启动重启系统，对三方进程和驱动做进一步的排查。如果安全模式下问题依旧，可能是硬件问题导致，建议联系硬件商对硬件做全面的检测。
