》》群集网络名称资源“qijiaDHCP”创建域“tg.com.local”中其相关联的计算机对象失败，原因是: 无法创建计算机帐户。
根据这个错误， 应该是 在 活动目录 中 创建 虚拟 '计算机' 对象的时候 遇到了 权限 问题。
很可能 您创建了一个 普通域账户 作为 群集 节点的 本地管理员 。

根据我的理解， 请 在 ADUC “域用户和计算机” 里 确认 下面的 设置 ：
1. 检查 CNO 所在的 OU 的 权限 （是以 $ 结尾的 计算账号）， 您创建 failover cluster 的时候 创建的 那个 群集的 名字 （CNO）
2. 检查 创建 群集 时 用的 user account 是否 在 CNO 所在 OU 有 相应的权限。
